This website is collecting signatures for a petiton to reduce weekly working days to 4 (instead of 5) and the working hours to 10 per days. So you work 40 hours per week but you have 3 days weekend. And this is only one benefit. Just think about saving money and time on travelling. Less fuel, which means taking care of the environment as well.
